On Saturday, September 17th, 14 members of the University of Minnesota Soil Judging team travelled to the Rosemount Research and Outreach Center in Rosemount, MN for some extracurriculars. The students described soils on a loess-mantled outwash plain and loess-mantled till upland. Goldy took a break from the football game to assist our judgers.
